Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process. Please read the details of our return and refund policy, applicable to our customers in the United States, Europe, and Australia.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received the product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.

Regional Policies

United States:

  • U.S. customers have 30 days to return an item after receiving it.
  • Bossa Studio & Co may, in some cases, provide prepaid return labels depending on the circumstances (such as defective products or order errors).

Europe:

In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal under European law (Directive 2011/83/EU):

  • Consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason. This period may be extended according to our standard 30-day policy.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items, perishable goods, or sealed personal hygiene products that have been opened.
  • The refund will include the cost of the item and any shipping fees paid by the customer during the original purchase (except for express shipping or additional service charges).

Australia:

  • In compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Australian consumers have the right to a return for defective products or products that do not match the description. Additionally, we apply a 30-day return policy.
  • If a product is found to be defective, the customer may choose between a replacement or a refund, depending on the severity of the issue. For returns due to other reasons, general conditions apply.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Digital products or downloads.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items (if applicable).
  • Personal use products such as underwear or jewelry, for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team at support@bossastudioco.com with your order details and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions for returning the item.

 

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped. The shipping cost for the return will not be refunded.

The refund will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria (unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Regional Refund Information:

  • United States: The refund will be processed to the original payment method, including the item cost and any applicable original shipping costs. The estimated processing time is 7 to 10 business days.
  • Europe: The refund will include the price paid for the item, as well as any shipping costs from the original purchase, in accordance with the EU Directive. The refund will be completed within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Australia: The refund will be processed to the original payment method, and shipping costs will only be refunded in cases of defects or order errors. The timeframe is 7 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@bossastudioco.com to arrange the exchange.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are subject to the same return conditions unless marked as “final sale,” in which case returns are not accepted.
